Exams Evaluation in Risk courses includes a 90-minute final exam delivered through our examination platform. You can write online with virtual proctoring or in person at an exam centre.

Exams Passing the Other Than Life (OTL) Agent’s Exam is a requirement to become licensed as a general insurance agent in Ontario. About the CIP Program The Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP®) designation is the ideal launchpad if you are starting or building a career in insurance.

Broker/agent level 1 licensing Our general insurance licensing program offers you the education required by the Insurance Council of BC to obtain a level 1 Salesperson Licence (ie Autoplan). The program uses the Insurance Institute’s General Insurance Essentials (GIE) textbooks and the BC Auto Supplement, but with a single exam for licensing purposes.
