With more than 20 years in the insurance industry, I’ve built my career at the intersection of underwriting, training, and professional development. I started in Property & Casualty and moved through roles in underwriting, auditing, and corporate education—experiences that have given me a deep understanding of the realities brokers, agents, and frontline underwriters face every day. My academic background includes a CIP designation, an Adult Education certificate, a Digital Marketing certification, a Master of Education, and ongoing doctoral studies. I’ve taught in Humber’s Insurance Management program and currently teach business courses at Mohawk College, while supporting emerging entrepreneurs through the Centre for Entrepreneurship. In my sessions, I focus on practical strategies, real world decision making, and strengthening the broker underwriter relationship. My approach is collaborative, grounded in lived industry experience, and designed to help frontline professionals navigate risk, communicate effectively, and deliver stronger outcomes for clients.
