Learn how to build a solid team environment

Improve team effectiveness and productivity

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ has a simple goal: to facilitate a learning experience that helps professionals and their organizations discover what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team. In this session you will learn how to improve team effectiveness and productivity through the understanding and application of The Five Behaviors™: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Grounded in the model described in Patrick Lencioni’s internationally best-selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, in this program, participants will learn how they—as a team—score on the key components of the model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Additionally, the program weaves in the Jungian personality traits of Introversion/Extroversion, Sensing/Intuiting, Thinking/Feeling, and Judging/Perceiving to help individuals better understand themselves as well as others. Using these results, participants will be able to create a better, stronger team. The pre-workshop assessment has three sets of questions – full computer-adaptive version of Everything DiSC®, team survey, and team culture questions. Each attendee will receive personalized reports - a $175 value. Early Bird pricing until September 18 QUESTIONS? Contact gtaevents@insuranceinstitute.ca
