Speaker: Ian Bell is the Senior Vice President of Global Talent & Performance at Sedgwick, where he leads a global team focused on talent strategy, leadership development, performance, and colleague wellbeing. With a diverse career spanning retail banking, financial consultancy, and learning & development, Ian brings a wealth of experience and insight. In 2003, he founded his own training and development consultancy, working with a wide range of national and international organizations across industries. For over 17 years, Ian has coached and trained individuals from entry-level professionals to C-suite executives in dozens of countries.
