I have more than 35 years experience in the industry, am a Past President of the NS chapter and I've served on the IIC Board of Governors. I began my career in Personal Lines, Commerical and claims. I have also worked during multiple acquisitions (Atlantic district) to ensure best practices were adopted. I then transitioned to corporate roles that include the development of colleagues, or implementating new ways of working. Currently at Aon, I work in a Change Management role in National Operations, which is the perfect role for me.
