Now that you have some technical knowledge of insurance and risk, in C16 you will consider the insurance industry in its broader context. This course explores the industry’s relationship to its external environment and examines international issues associated with insurance. C16 is the capstone course in the CIP program and should be taken last.

Who should register

C16 is mandatory if you are working towards your CIP and should be taken as the final (10th) course in the program. At a minimum, C16 must be one of the last three courses taken.
