The Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation program is challenging enough without having to explain on video how the whole process made you feel in the end.

But eight inaugural new-track FCIP graduates agreed to do just that, motivated to help spread the word about the Insurance Institute of Canada’s redesigned FCIP program.

Not only did these grads share their thoughts about the FCIP program on camera during a trip to Toronto, they did so under the pressure of delivering a major presentation to a panel of evaluators – a presentation that would make or break their grade for the final course of the program.

Despite the presentation jitters, the FCIP grads were not shy about praising the FCIP program on camera. Asked to reflect on their time in the program, the grads cited a lot of positive memories and told us what future leaders following in their footsteps can expect.
