John McNeil BA, CIP, CTDP as the webinar
John McNeil is the Program Coordinator,
and full-time instructor of the Insurance Management Post Graduate Certificate
program at Humber College. John has over 15 years’ experience in training and
development and education. Prior to working at Humber, John worked at RSA, as a
Senior Manager of Learning Development for Broker Education and Internal Talent,
where he set up a national broker continued education program called Wise Up,
and RSA’s Technical Academy for underwriting and claims. He also worked at the
Insurance Institute of Canada as a Senior Learning Specialist. John has his CIP,
and is a Certified Training and Development Professional with the Canadian
Society of Training and Development, and is currently pursuing his Master’s in
Education from Athabasca University. In addition to his role at Humber, John is
an instructor for the Insurance Institute of Greater Toronto, where he won the
instructor of the year in 2017.
