Vince Howie , B.Sc., CIP, Senior Claims Adjuster at Canadian Claims Services, Inc.
Vince started his adjusting career as an independent adjuster with UAB, which went through a few ownership changes. Suffering on the verge of an identity crisis, Vince forged ahead with his now-retired partner and mentor, Dana Nieminen. They started a little shop as a franchise of Canadian Claims Services, and along the way recruited Dana’s son Graeme and long-time insurance guru and industry fashion icon, Ian Alexander. Canadian Claims Services is almost fourteen years old—and they’re all kinda proud of that.

David Drummond , BA, CIP, CRM, President at Compass Insurance Adjusters of Canada Inc.
David was born and raised in Manitoba and has been in the claims business since 1992. Dave’s background as a company road adjuster, independent adjuster, company owner and regional manager for a national firm has given him exposure to a wide variety of losses. Dave has taught as an instructor for the Insurance Institute and is licensed as a level 5 adjuster by the Insurance Council of Manitoba. Over the years Dave has also been licensed in BC and Alberta. Dave is currently the owner and President of Compass Insurance Adjusters of Canada Inc

Chad Smith, BFA, Regional Manager of AB Accomsure
Chad has a unique skill set, from running his own travel company for the last twenty years to designing and maintaining tours for large groups of travelers in 18 different countries worldwide. While newer to the insurance industry, he was able to transition those diverse skills to the ever-changing challenges in the claims world by providing creative problem-solving and efficient responsiveness to service adjusters and insureds.

Jeff has worked in the Insurance industry for 19 years, having gained a diverse knowledge base and skill set from his dealings with families and organizations during his tenure. Cancellations: No cancellation allowed. Substitute welcome as long as we are notified more than 24 hours prior to the event. IIMB reserves the right to cancel this event due to unforeseen extenuating circumstances.
