Time Management is a method of applying more efficient practices in regards to how we manage our work, particularly through the most effective use of our time. This is accomplished through skills and techniques applied in combination with the appropriate tools. Through Time Management training we learn how to be more organized, to prioritize our work in order to get more of the important things done, to manage interruptions and all the new priorities that come up all day, to identify our time wasters and our productivity issues and develop strategies to overcome them, to file critical documents and emails so that we can find them again easily.

Webinar Leader: Stephen P. Franklin

Stephen Franklin has taught Professional Development for almost 30 years, currently in his own practice with his own training programs. His courses are based on extensive research and methodical testing to ensure that the information, skills, processes and techniques he presents are real solutions that produce real results. He is an experienced facilitator, facilitating in accordance with the International Board of Standards for Training Performance and Instruction. He has spoken across Canada as well as in the United States and Australia, and his experience includes extensive personal coaching; helping clients develop personal motivation for professional skills development, and facilitating them through the necessary behaviour changes to make it happen. His training approach includes a strong focus on the practical rather than theoretical: a strong focus on behavioural change, helping participants successfully implement the learning, and interactive, dynamic sessions.
