Fonseca, MBA, BSB/M, CIP, CTAJ (TM), CH-PL, Department Leader at

Nicholas has over 20 years of experience
in the insurance and risk management industry and specializes in leading and
managing information risk, information governance, access to information, and
privacy programs. He has served as a Canadian region board member and governance
advisor for ARMA International and president of the Northern Alberta region of
ARMA International. Nicholas has served as VP of Academic, Professional Services
and Symposium Chair for the IINA and as the president of the IINA. Nicholas
instructs the national Cyber Risk course in the Chartered Insurance Professional
program for the Western Insurance Institutes and was presented with the
Instructor of the Year Award in 2022.

Imran Ahmad is the Canadian head of the technology sector and
Canadian co-head of the information governance, privacy and cybersecurity
practice in Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP. He is based in Toronto and
Montreal offices and is recognized as a leading cybersecurity lawyer by several
legal directories. He is the author of Canada's first legal incident preparation and
response handbook titled Cybersecurity in Canada: A Guide to Best Practices, Planning, and
Management andan
adjunct professor at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law, where he
teaches cybersecurity and privacy
law.
Neal Jardine,
Global Cyber Risk Intelligence &
Claims Director, BOXX Insurance Inc.
Neal is a
recognized leader in the complexities of responding to cyber attacks
including ransomware negotiation, privacy breaches and data loss. Neal has
adjusted insured and uninsured losses from over 300 cyber attacks and breaches
internationally, including Asia, the United States, Canada, and Europe. A
recognized expert to brokers, businesses and insurers on issues related to
cyber insurance and cyber risk management, assisting a wide range of industries
in their understanding of pre- and post-loss management and response to cyber
events.
Ann E. Gorr, Principal, Ann Gorr,
LLC
Ann is a legal
technology consultant, information governance (IG) strategist, subject
matter expert and avid technology evangelist. She is recognized for the
development and execution of innovative Legal IT strategies for her law firm and
corporate legal clients in the IG/Enterprise Content Management, and
Compliance/Privacy/Risk arenas. With over 25 years of experience, Ann has the
ability to translate technical information into practical/concise
concepts, execute change management, and bring about consensus within
technology projects by reducing complex issues to manageable
solutions.

attendance is required.*** Late arrival or early departure results in no CE
hours issued as per ICS regulations. For a webinar, this includes a
transmission disruption due to unresolvable technical issues. Partial hours
cannot be issued.
Cancellation
Policy: No cancellation allowed. Substitute welcome as long as we are
notified more than 24 hours prior to the webinar. All registrants will receive
an e-mail providing the link to the Webinar the day before.

Insurance Institute membership is required. IISK Membership Fee of
$90 + GST is applicable (membership expires May 31, 2024).
