you could do to identify the really important things. Learn how to increase your
level of focus on the high impact tasks. Learn to add strategy to your day to
bet more done.
Workload Management – Use Time Effectiveness and
Prioritizing to manage our work and our responsibilities with less stress and
greater control; all for more and better results. Learn how to deal with all of
the interruptions, new tasks and email that bombard us
Through Time Management training, you will
* How to be more organized; we learn how to prioritize our
work in order to get more of the important things done;
* How to manage interruptions and all the new priorities
that come up all day, including managing emails effectively.
* How to identify our time wasters and our productivity
issues and develop strategies to overcome them.
* How to file critical documents and emails so that we can
find them again easily.
* How to get the most out of our Time Management and
Personal Productivity tools.
One of the greatest challenges to our productivity is the
high volume of emails, and the filing and retrieval head-aches associated with
all of that critical information. In this session we look at how to manage the
deluge of emails and how to properly file the critical emails that we need and
how to retrieve them easily when needed.

has spent the last 30 years helping individuals and teams with their
Professional Development, through seminars, consulting and individual coaching
across. Through his work with the Insurance Institutes, he has helped many
Insurance Professionals find real solutions to some of their most challenging
workplace issues. He is an experienced facilitator, facilitating in accordance
with the International Board of Standards for Training Performance and
Instruction. In his various roles as a public speaker he has spoken across
Canada as well as in the United States and
