This program has been developed by the Insurance Institute of Ontario in partnership with the Ontario Insurance Adjusters’ Association.

Understanding Bodily Injury prepares you to manage bodily injury claims through an in-depth look at the main principles and concepts, presenting the claim, investigating exposures, claim evaluation and the adjuster’s role in litigation.
