We enjoyed gathering to celebrate your academic achievements and the important milestones in your professional life at our recent convocation ceremony. While the pandemic has temporarily changed how we gather, it was wonderful that we could take some time to honour the hard work you have put into earning your new credential.

Congratulatory Messages
In the days before Covid, dedicating your time and efforts to furthering your professional development with a CIP designation was a huge accomplishment. However, given the challenges and added stressors of the past year, this accomplishment holds much more weight; it’s truly an exceptional achievement.
As a proud member of the IINS Council, and fellow CIP alumni, I wish you the very best in your career and look forward to celebrating with you!
Joe Gariepy, CIP, CRM

STEPS TO BECOMING A CIP DURING THE PANDEMIC
When you successfully complete your final exam in the CIP program, you are automatically eligible to graduate, but a few steps need to happen before you can begin using your CIP designation. We need to ensure you meet the academic and employment requirements of the program, including at least one year of full-time employment in the industry. If we require any additional information from you, you will be notified by email.
Students who wrote (and passed!) their final exam in August 2021 will start using the CIP designation on December 1, 2021. Students who completed their CIP courses in December 2021 will be invited to attend convocation as a graduate next year (2023).
