TORONTO, ON, APRIL 15, 2025/insPRESS/ – ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, announces the appointment of Dianne Rodriquez as Assistant Vice President, Quality and Governance. In her new role, Dianne will be accountable for the development and implementation of national processes and ensuring ClaimsPro continues to deliver the highest quality service in alignment with client requirements. She will work alongside Shawn Jeffries, Director of Project Management to ensure progression with ClaimsPro’s quality project objectives and optimal focus on their respective areas of expertise.

Dianne has nearly 40 years of experience in the industry and has spent over 20 of those years in management and executive roles for international insurers. Most recently, she served as AVP, Business Operations for a major national insurer where she was responsible and accountable for system transformation, business intelligence, marketing & communication, and business operations.

In her new role with ClaimsPro, Dianne will be responsible for identifying quality risks and building a plan to track and mitigate them. This is a newly defined role at ClaimsPro and will play a critical role in the organization’s goal to become the most trusted partner in the industry. Dianne will report to Christopher Tirrell, Vice President, Central Services.
