This course provides participants with the tools to differentiate between an evaluation and an assessment. Participants will learn to build an exam blueprint, analyze question types, and explore the benefits of providing constructive feedback.

EVALUATION
Evaluation for this course is based on online tests (unproctored) and an assignment. All assessments are delivered through our e-learning website.

COURSE SCHEDULE
Delivery: Independent online learning. Course content, tests, and assignment instructions are provided online. Participants work through the material at their own pace.
Time commitment: About 4 hours plus assessments.
Length: Self-paced. There is no specific duration for the course; however, participants must complete all four courses in the ICP program within five years in order to be eligible for the certificate.

PREREQUISITES
•  This course is for CIP course instructors who have been enrolled in the Instructor Certification Program by their local Insurance Institute/chapter manager.
•  Participants must hold the CIP designation and should have prior experience of successfully leading classes for the Insurance Institute.
•  Participants must have successfully completed both of the following:
I001  Adult Learning Fundamentals (ICP Course 1)
I002  Lesson Planning & Activity Development (ICP Course 2)
