and meetings, how to manage them to get the outcomes we need, and how to

Stephen has spent
the last 32 years helping individuals and teams with their Professional
Development, through seminars, consulting and individual coaching across.
Through his work with the Insurance Institutes, he has helped many Insurance
Professionals find real solutions to some of their most challenging workplace
issues. He is an experienced facilitator, facilitating in accordance with the
International Board of Standards for Training Performance and Instruction. In
his various roles as a public speaker he has spoken across Canada as well as in
the United States and Australia.
