Charlotte has been a partner at Bilkey Law Corp. since 2019 and practices exclusively in the area of insurance defence. Additionally, she has developed a niche practice in equine related claims.
Charlotte earned her JD in 2014 as a member of Thompson Rivers University's inaugural class. Prior to law school, Charlotte obtained a BA degree at Malaspina University College with a major in Criminology and thereafter spent some time working as a probation officer in the East Kootenays.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys training and competing her four horses, as well as working on the farm with her husband, daughter, and three dogs.
