    Melanie has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry and has held various different positions including Management, Underwriting, Risk Management and Business Analyst. Melanie teaches the RIBO/Agent licensing course as well as CIP and CRM courses cross Canada. Melanie was awarded the Instructor of the year award through the Insurance Institute of Ontario numerous times and in 2011 was awarded the national Emerging Leader award through the Insurance Institute of Canada. She is the president of MRD Training and Consulting Inc. and is highly respected in the industry.
