your professional and personal lives. However, not all conflict is bad, nor is
it always negative. How conflict is handled makes all the
difference.
This highly interactive, upbeat, and practical virtual course
is designed to raise your awareness of your approach to resolving conflict.
Learning Objectives:
- Define conflict, along with positive outcomes and
negative problems.
- Examine types of professional and personal conflict.
- Complete a quiz to ascertain conflict resolution
styles, and associated meanings as correlated with animal types.
- Practice how to actively listen and ask relevant
questions.
- Review conflict resolution strategies and techniques
so you can better deal with conflict.
- Reflect on conflict in action from a frontline sales,
underwriting and claims perspective.
- Create an action plan for handling conflict, based on a stoplight
approach.
