Date and Time: September 15, 2021 1 - 3:30 p.m. Atlantic

Our ability to work well with co-workers is becoming increasingly more important. Inter-personal skills and our ability to communicate, coordinate, and cooperate are essential to career success.

What are the essentials to working well with others? During 27 years of working with companies, teams, and individuals, Stephen has identified seven core competencies. A lack in any of these competencies creates distraction or disruption and compromises the ability of the team to be successful.

In this session you will look at the seven competencies, why they are critical, and how to improve on each of these skill areas. A team is a group of peopleworking together to accomplish shared goals, results and outcomes. A healthy and effective team requires everyone operating as a team player.
