This March, the Institute launched a new research report, AI and Big Data: Implications for the Insurance Industry in Canada. The report provides an important analysis of the challenges and the opportunities presented by machine learning, artificial intelligence and big data analytics.

The report puts forward fresh ideas and approaches to leverage digital transformation to address the changing needs of Canadian consumers and make insurance better.

Join report author Paul Kovacs, Senior Researcher, Insurance Institute of Canada, and Founder and Executive Director, Institute for Catastrophic Loss Reduction, as he presents the research findings.
