This seminar will explore some common sources of errors and omissions exposures and losses for insurance professionals, and will provide tips for managing the risks. Brokers will leave with an understanding of the source of errors and omissions losses and their potential consequences; understand the importance of documentation to a sound legal defense. Claims adjuster will understand the nature of of errors and omissions claims and how they arise.
