This is an overview of a property claim, describing the process after assignment
to a Restoration Contractor. This helps you to know what the expectations are
from the insurer, what potential delays there may be, instruction on equipment
and processes used during a claim and when they might be used. Know what happens

Hoarding: Discussion on the growing problem of compulsive hoarding
including talk on; empathetic treatment of the client, the mental health aspect
of compulsive hoarding, health and safety risks and hazards to the client and
those around them, damages that occur in the dwelling, discussion on case
studies and we also touch on legislation.

Pam has been with
Paul Davis Restoration for almost ten years, and has held roles in both the
Franchisee (Business Development) and the Franchisor (Business Development
Director - Ontario).
Recently, she was promoted to the role of Continuing
Education Director. In this role, she is helping to develop new CE offerings,
enhance and update exisiting seminars, and to consolidate the Canadian and US
programs into one North American CE program. Prior to working within the
restoration industry, Pam had over 25 years of experience in the insurance
industry, working with insurance companies and brokerages, in both Personal and
Commercial Lines of business.
