At some point, we all face conflict. Whether it’s an issue at work with a colleague, manager or client—or something at home with a family member or friend—learning how to manage conflict is a professional skill that can be practised in all aspects of our lives.

In this concise but valuable session, we’ll cover all aspects of conflict management, including how to find the source of conflict and how to address it while remaining professional.

Hosted by Melanie Needham, FCIP, CRM, participants will walk away with knowledge on:

  • How to determine the root cause of conflict

  • How to address conflict and parties to the conflict

  • Negotiation skills for finding a resolution
