- Report of the President;
- Annual Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report;
- Approval of Acts of Directors;
- Election of new Officers/Directors;
- Appointment of Auditor;
- Banking Resolution;
- Any other business on the Agenda.

No business shall be considered at a Meeting except such as is specified on the Agenda; but upon a resolution passed by a majority of votes cast at the Meeting other new matters may be introduced and referred to the Council or a Committee for consideration, to be reported on and considered at the next Meeting.
