How to Submit Your Band

Bands may consist of 2 or more members and must have at least one member who is working in the insurance industry.
A representative from each selected band will be required to attend a virtual orientation.

Complete the Band Submission Form and email to Winnie at whon@insuranceinstitute.ca .
Include a sample of your band performance or music (video clip, mp3, YouTube video link, etc...)
