Health & Safety Measures for AGM:
• Mandatory Vaccination - The Insurance Institute has implemented a mandatory vaccination policy for all staff. Additionally, visitors coming to Institute premises will be required to show proof of full vaccination.
• Masks - Face masks are required to be worn by all Institute staff and guests while visiting our office.
• Isolation - Stay home if you are feeling sick. Do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 or are taking care of someone with COVID-19.

No business shall be considered at a Meeting except such as is specified on the Agenda; but upon a resolution passed by a majority of votes cast at the Meeting other new matters may be introduced and referred to the Council or a Committee for consideration, to be reported on and considered at the next Meeting.
