of a CGL policy. This seminar will give you some basic principles of
Professional Liability to help you and your clients understand when and why this
coverage is needed.
The exposures related to Professional Liability are
different from a General Liability risk assessment. Gain some insight into what
happens on the claims side of a Professional Liability policy to help in your
future risk assessments.
New and experienced claims adjusters will be interested in
the basic principles of Professional Liability claims adjusting, how the courts
have been treating the risk in 2019, and how a Professional Liability claim
differs from a General Liability claim.
Anne Herriotts, BA, LLB, CRM, FCIP has handled all lines
of insurance claims in her 18 years as a claims adjuster. Her focus in the last
9 years has been working with unique commercial liability risks. Anne is a

is working on her RPLU (Registered Professional Lines Underwriter) designation.
