This seminar will provide an overview of how to identify opportunities to enhance commercial insurance programs through risk analysis and coverage analysis. It will provide suggestions to help make commercial insurance programs more comprehensive, minimize errors and omissions liability risks for brokers, and maximize account revenue.

Brokers: How to analyze commercial insurance programs to identify opportunities to minimize coverage gaps, optimize coverage, and increase per account revenue. Helps to minimize errors and omissions liability claims

Underwriters: Provides suggestions about how to enhance commercial insurance programs, increase revenue per account, add expand coverage lines for full underwriting program utilization.

Claims Adjusters: Provides an overview of coverages beyond basic commercial package policies and helps illustrate coverage gaps that can be insured with additional coverages.

Presenter:  Karen MacWilliam
is a consultant and educator, specializing in risk management and insurance analysis. She was worked in the insurance and risk management fields for the past 35 years, and has been qualified as an expert witness in Alberta, BC, and Nova Scotia. She is a frequent speaker on insurance topics and helps insurance professionals enhance their technical skills.
