During this valuable session you will be given an overview of the “insurance sales professional” role as well as certain characteristic traits that a sales professional possesses. Through numerous examples using both personal lines and commercial lines insurance, you will be led through the progress of a sale from initial contact with the client, to determining the needs, and closing the sale.

By the end of this webinar you will be able to demonstrate:
Knowledge of the role of the sales agent/broker in the insurance transaction
   ~ How to create initial contact with a client, including c
onquering the fear of networking, proper telephone etiquette, and approaching the initial meeting
   ~ How to determine the client's needs and wants by communicating effectively
   ~ How to prepare for and create a sales presentation
   ~ How to close the sale, including dealing with objections, effective closing techniques, follow-up and asking for referrals
