Have you ever wondered why it is easier to get along with some people but not others? What about certain clients? Do co-workers sometimes make you wonder why they do things the way they do? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this webinar is a must attend session for you.
Melanie, an Authorized DiSC partner, will empower you with knowledge on personality type theories. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of your personality type and in turn enabling you to work and live harmoniously with all those around you. Personality profiling is by far the most effective and useful tool you can add to your toolbox. Think about how much easier life is when you understand people better and can adjust to respect their personality and how it integrates with yours.
