As farms become larger and more complex they require a combination of personal, farm and commercial coverages. SEMINAR PRESENTERS

Andrew Janzen, BCom, FCIP, FRM, CAIB, Managing Partner, Mardon Insurance Brokers (White Rock)
Andrew has 25 years of experience as a commercial insurance broker and over that time has developed a specialized book of business which includes a sizable agricultural focus. People that know him refer to him as the 'farm guy'. Andrew has received a number of recognitions during his career, including "Outstanding Business Person - Small Business" in 2008 from the White Rock/South Surrey Chamber of Commerce; and in 2009, the CIP Society of the Insurance Institute of Canada awarded Andrew the very prestigious "National Leadership Award - Established Leader".

Dodie Babos, CIP, Farm Specialist, Western General - Farm Division of Economical Insurance
Dodie has been with Western General for 44 years since joining them in 1973. Her expertise in farm insurance has been built through various roles, including underwriter assistant, farm underwriter, farm property team lead and since, 2013, she has become the Farm Specialist. In her current role, she is involved with the development of products and creating and amending farm wordings.

Pamela Black, Senior Underwriter, Western General - Farm Division of Economical Insurance
Pamela entered the insurance industry in 1988 and in the past 20 years, has been focusing primarily on farm insurance from both the broker and the underwriting side of the desk. She joined Western General in early 2016 as a senior underwriter and works closely with her team in this growing niche market.

Pamala Louttit, CIP, Vice President - Claims, Mutual Fire Insurance Company of BC
Pamala has been with Mutual Fire Insurance for 17 years in the claims department. She mentors and guides the claims team to provide exceptional customer service when it is needed most - during a loss. As Vice President - Claims, Pamala is responsible for the overall management of claims services for all lines of business in all provinces.
