Choose Your Licensing Education Path in Alberta

Not sure how to go about getting your General License?  This session will help you to determine which is the best path for you.

In this session, you will learn about different paths to become licensed in Alberta for General Level 1, 2 & 3.  With recent changes to the CIP Equivalencies that were announced by AIC in October 2019, there have been updates in the required courses which we will review during this session.

  • GLQP process for Level 1

George is an enthusiastic and energetic individual with over thirty years’ experience in the education and development, management, sales, and service areas of the insurance industry.

George achieved his Certificate in Business Management in 1989, his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 1996 and continues his professional development through various educational programs.

Kelly has been an insurance brokerage owner for 30 years. Along with owning a brokerage, she teaches licensing, the CAIB and CIP program courses..
