recently released will be reviewed.
This half day seminar is designed for all insurance
professionals whether they are underwriters, claims adjusters, brokers, property
managers or board members. Both personal and commercial lines will be
covered.

of the current Act and new January 2020 Regulations

review
of how the insurance industry manages Condominium claims followed by a virtual
interactive style claims review to better support brokers, underwriters, adjusters and
insureds to understand how the policies should respond.

so you can advise Unit Owners and Boards about the unique aspects of insurance
claims related to The Condominium Act of Alberta:

Ken
began his insurance career in 1982 in Winnipeg and has held positions
of increasing responsibility in underwriting departments for major property and casualty
Insurers. He spent four years with a commercial broker in
Winnipeg. Ken became a Chartered Insurance Professional with the Insurance
Institute of Canada in 1991 and obtained his certificate in Risk Management in
1994. He has presented many seminars on behalf of industry groups and
associations. His present
position is with Wawanesa Insurance as the Director of Specialty
Lines.
