In this half-day session, you’ll discover how generational differences can impair our ability to work effectively. You’ll learn more about the traits, beliefs and life experiences that mark each generation, as well as characteristics that influence how each generation works, communicates and responds to change.

You’ll walk away being able to:

• Work more productively across teams and work groups

• Motivate and manage workers from each generation

• Explain generational differences, including defining values, beliefs and world views

• Identify significant events that have influenced each generation
