This is the second part of a 3-part "Let’s Talk" Professional Development series where we explore the key essential element of any organization – The Client.

To brokers, clients are their number one priority, and they must ensure that they are providing a high level of client service with every customer touchpoint!

In this session we will look at best practices and the benefits for providing prompt service, active listening, demonstrating empathy, leading with transparency, and techniques for having challenging conversations.  Come ready to rearm and reinvent your client approach to business.
