Do you want to be more assertive and improve
your negotiation skills? If so, this session is for you!
Negotiation skills are
essential in daily interactions with others in order to reach important
decisions, find solutions to disputes and reach "win-win" resolutions. Whether
it be in your professional life or your personal life, you are almost certain to
spend some time negotiating.
In this engaging and valuable session, Jessica Naylor will
demonstrate how persuasive negotiation skills can make a big difference to your
life. Negotiation is a skill that should be applied by all employees at all
levels of an organization, and it can make all the difference in career
prospects. You’ll learn all about the 4A’s technique, how to say "no"
effectively, how to "sell and not tell" and how body language plays into it.
You’ll also discover what your natural negotiating style is, how to adapt your
style to get results, and much, much more.

Presenter
Jessica Naylor has more than 25 years’ experience in training and development,
both in Canada and across the US and Europe. She has customized and delivered a
variety of training programmes, specializing in strategic planning, change
management, leadership, customer service, sales, and team building. Much of her
time involves personal coaching of managers and executives. She is also well
known as being able to skillfully motivate and energize a group to take action,
be it through her seminars and workshops or as a public speaker. Jessica has a
teaching degree and the maximum accreditations from the Canadian Training and
Development Group.
