WEBINAR
| ENHANCING | MANAGEMENTThe Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™
has a simple goal: to facilitate a learning experience that helps professionals
and their organizations discover what it takes to build a truly cohesive and
effective team.
In this session you will learn
how to improve team effectiveness and productivity through the
understanding and application of The Five Behaviors™: Trust, Conflict,
Commitment, Accountability, and Results.
Grounded in the model described in
Patrick Lencioni’s internationally best-selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a
Team, in this program, participants will learn how they—as a team—score on the
key components of the model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and
results. Additionally, the program weaves in the Jungian personality traits of
Introversion/Extroversion, Sensing/Intuiting, Thinking/Feeling, and
Judging/Perceiving to help individuals better understand themselves as well as
others. Using these results, participants will be able to create a better,
stronger team.
COURSE OUTLINE
Introduction
The single most untapped competitive advantage is
teamwork. To gain this benefit, teams must:
TRUST one another
Engage in CONFLICT around
ideas
COMMIT to decisions
Hold one another ACCOUNTABLE
Focus on
achieving collective RESULTS
Trust One Another
When team members are genuinely transparent and
honest with one another, they can build vulnerability-based trust
Engage in
Conflict around Ideas
When there is trust, team members can engage in
unfiltered, constructive debate of ideas
Commit to Decisions
When team members can offer opinions and debate
ideas, they will be more likely to commit to decisions.
Hold One Another
Accountable
When everyone is committed to a clear plan of action,
they will be more willing to hold one another accountable.
Focus on Achieving
Collective Results
The ultimate goal of building greater trust,
conflict, commitment, and accountability is one thing: the achievement of
results.
