Fueling Success Through Inclusivity and Diversity with Dr. Ivan Joseph
How does an organization create a sense of belonging amongst staff, especially as many continue to work remotely? Are we doing enough to support teammates from marginalized and underrepresented groups?
It’s 2021 and the business case for tackling gender and ethnic diversity is stronger than ever before. Studies have shown that the most diverse organizations are far more profitable than those that are not.
In their latest report, McKinsey and Company found that companies with gender diversity on executive teams were 25% more profitable than companies with no gender diversity. Moreover, those with high levels of ethnic and cultural diversity on their executive teams outperformed those who were not by 36%. Yet despite this compelling evidence, efforts to diversify teams and workplaces remains stagnant.
