condition with regards to their psychological, mental and emotional well-being.

last year and a half have created unusual levels of personal stress, with
significant amounts of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA),
putting serious pressure on our ability to maintain a positive state of mental
health. In this session we look at how to protect or even re-build a positive
state of psychological, mental and emotional well-being.
