  1. What can be seen in a photo?
  2. Why are  some installations hazardous?
  3. Where should a tank be installed?
  4. When should we pursue recommendations for correction?
  5. Who makes the rules and how they make sense?

After this seminar you'll walk out with the confidence on how to deal with a key risk factor that is a major part of home heating systems in Atlantic Canada, including customer service, exposures, and upgrades after a loss.

Brokers: Be confident with what you are presenting as a risk to the insurance company, and know how to discuss recs with your client to take action.

Underwriters: This session is designed to help you understand what you're accepting as an exposure for your company. It is important to know what guidlines you and your company are following with the most current information. This seminar will include a review of the insurance industry relationship to the CSA B139.

Claims Adjusters: In the event of a loss, learn how to understand what happened, and why. Then, after clean up, ensure the replaement installation will be better and reduce the chances of another occurrence, and meets current code requirements.
