C36: Building Construction, Fire Hazards and Basic Hazards (Opta Precise Services LP text)
This elective will no longer be offered following the December 2023
exam session. All rewrites and deferrals must be completed no later than the
December 2024 exam session without exception.
Building Construction, Fire Hazards and Basic
Hazards deals with the basic elements of the fire hazard. It does not
discuss insurance as such. Instead, you will focus on certain aspects of the
physical risk that may be subject to insurance.
