As a member of the insurance community, you are a potential nominator, and as such you play a major role in ensuring the Leadership Awards are relevant and responsive to our CIP Society membership and the p&c community in Canada. You know that there are shining examples of leadership on the front lines and in the back offices of our profession. You know the hallmarks of leadership and can recognize strength of character and collaborative spirit in your colleagues.
