ADVANTAGE Monthly Trends Papers
ADVANTAGE Monthly Trends Papers Library Online!
Beginning this January, the CIP Society has made ADVANTAGE Monthly trends papers from 2015 and going forward available in an open online library for the benefit of the industry. In addition, we are in the process of vetting earlier papers, going back to the program’s launch in 2007, and including relevant papers in the library. French papers will also be made available in February 2016.
While initially the ADVANTAGE Monthly trends papers were made available exclusively to Society members in the members-only area of the CIP Society website, the benefits of information-sharing are enhanced with the papers being made freely available to a wider audience.
By publishing the papers in the open library, the papers can be enjoyed on mobile, and can be shared with your colleagues and professional circles on LinkedIn. We hope that the increased exposure will help raise awareness of the Society outside of our immediate membership, specifically as a source of timely, relevant and valuable information to the industry.
New to trends papers?
If you are new to our trends papers, you should know that the library was conceived as a resource to help our members navigate emerging p&c trends and issues by providing background information, presenting case studies and legal issues, and by including the opinions of industry thought leaders. Each trends paper goes beyond what you would read in a magazine article to help you gain important insight into the issues around a specific p&c topic.
In the newly opened library, you will find trends papers related to a number of hot topics that have been making headlines over the last year, including Uber, Airbnb, and drones. We encourage you to visit the library and to keep your eyes open for new papers as they are released mid-month going forward. New papers will be promoted in ADVANTAGE Daily.
On behalf of the CIP Society, we thank you for supporting the important discourse and analysis of trends through the ADVANTAGE Monthly papers, and for helping to broaden awareness of the Society and the designation.
