2016 National Leadership Nominations

Call for Nominations – Recognizing Industry Leaders for a Sustainable Future
Strong leadership is critical so organizations and the industry remain sustainable for the future. Can you name a strong leader who deserves national recognition for their professional contribution to Canada’s property and casualty insurance industry?
Nominations are now open for the CIP Society’s 2016 Leadership Awards, the only national program of its kind that celebrates leadership among p&c professionals in Canada.
The National Leadership Awards program has the capacity to recognize CIP Society members who are influencing how the p&c insurance industry is responding to key challenges and emerging issues today, like changes in demographics and the way we use data and technology. The program honours two very important roles of leadership in the industry, including the Emerging Leader and Established Leader categories.
“The Insurance Institute is proud that the CIP Society’s National Leadership Awards has honoured 32 leaders to date – 14 Established and 18 Emerging leaders,” says Peter Hohman, president and CEO of The Insurance Institute of Canada. “Certainly, the industry has many more talented people worthy of recognition.”
The nomination process is simple and available online. Make sure to nominate someone in your professional community before June 1!
