This first course in the FCIP Program introduces concepts and techniques for crafting and executing effective strategies in Canada’s property and casualty insurance industry, providing an opportunity to develop skills in strategic thinking and analysis.

Learning Objectives

Upon successfully completing this course, you will be able to do the following:

  1. Apply core strategic management tools and concepts to the P&C insurance industry
  2. Relate course content to your own organizational and professional experience, strengthening understanding, analysis, and decision making

    Evaluation

    Final grades in this course are based on participation in online discussions and assignments.
