F510: Strategy in the P&C Insurance
This first course in
the FCIP Program introduces concepts and techniques for crafting and executing
effective strategies in Canada’s property and casualty insurance industry,
providing an opportunity to develop skills in strategic thinking and analysis.
completing this course, you will be able to do the following:
Apply core strategic management tools
and concepts to the P&C insurance industry Relate course content to your own
organizational and professional experience, strengthening understanding,
analysis, and decision making Engage collaboratively with people from
other roles and other types of P&C organizations to develop a multifaceted
