Final examinations are offered in a

Proctored Computer Based Format or In-person
exam format. The In-person exam format will be available

examination. You will receive an exam booking e-mail with next steps once you

Examination, Rules and Regulations.Textbooks will be shipped within 5-10 business days of the
order date. Textbooks for virtual courses may be shipped closer to the course
start date. You may also experience additional delays with your delivery
carrier. A pdf copy of your textbook will be available in elearning upon
purchase of the textbook.
An eBook format is available for this course, with the
purchase of the physical textbook. The eBook can be accessed in your online
tutorial in elearning.
REGISTRATION/TRANSFER/WITHDRAWAL/ CANCELLATION POLICY
STUDENT WITHDRAWALS
Once a student has registered for a CIP class, unless
given a valid reason, students will receive a refund for their exam fee. If the
textbook is returned in good standing order (un-opened), the textbook fee will
be refunded as soon as the textbook is returned to our office.
Shipping Charges (if applicable)
Students who wish to withdraw from or transfer classes
(same course) will be subject to a shipping fee if the textbook has been sent to
them. The current shipping fee is $30.00 plus tax.
