Focused knowledge of insurance and professional conduct
within the claims domain forms the core of Essentials of Loss Adjusting.
Soft skills and knowledge required to handle claims are
blended in the curriculum to improve fundamental insurance claims-handling techniques.
You will learn about managing relationships in order to gather critical
information in the claims-handling process. Essentials of Loss Adjusting
step-by-step process to policy analysis for coverage evaluations. You will also
learn the fundamentals of investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement
within the claims process. Specific introductory claims knowledge will be
covered in the context of automobile, property, and liability claims.
